1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled when you use the SplatJam mobile application (the "App"), published by Floreta Gaming ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Important summary

Floreta Gaming does not operate any servers and does not collect, store, or have access to any personal data about you. We cannot see your gameplay activity, your custom photos, your purchases, your location, your device identifiers, or any other information about you or your device.

The App relies on third-party services from Google and a number of advertising networks. Where data about you is collected, it is collected directly by those third parties under their own privacy policies. Section 4 lists every such service.


2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is created or stored locally on your device by the App and never leaves your device through any system operated by Floreta Gaming:

- Game settings, sound preferences, and difficulty selections
- Custom loon photos you capture with your camera, select from your gallery, or import from web image search
- Local game progress, save files, statistics, daily-login streak data, and in-game coin balances
- Cached images used to render the game

This data is held inside the App's private storage and is not accessible to other apps, to Floreta Gaming, or to any third party. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage from Android Settings.


3. Data Collected by Third Parties Inside the App

Although Floreta Gaming does not collect data, certain features of the App are provided by third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect data from your device under their own policies. We do not have access to that data. The third parties involved are listed in Section 4.

The categories of data those third parties may collect include:

- Device or other identifiers, including the Google Advertising ID, used by advertising SDKs for ad serving, frequency capping, attribution, and fraud prevention.
- App interactions, such as ad impressions and clicks, used by advertising and analytics SDKs.
- App performance data, such as crash reports and diagnostic logs, used to keep the App stable.
- Approximate location, derived by advertising networks from your IP address. The App does not request precise GPS location.
- General device information such as device model, OS version, language, country, and network type.

If you sign in to Google Play Games Services to use leaderboards, Google also handles your Play Games player ID and display name. Floreta Gaming does not receive or store this information beyond what is shown to you on screen.


4. Third-Party Services Used by the App

Each service below operates under its own privacy policy. Floreta Gaming has no separate data-collection relationship with you in respect of these services; please review their policies for full details.

Web image search

The custom-loon feature lets you search for images on the public web through [INSERT NAME, e.g. Bing or Google Custom Search]. When you perform a search, your query is sent to that provider so it can return results. Floreta Gaming does not collect, log, or store your search query, the images returned, or any related information. Please consult the search provider's own privacy policy at [INSERT URL] for details of how it handles search requests.

We do not sell personal information. Floreta Gaming has no data to sell.


5. Children's Privacy

SplatJam is suitable for general audiences. Because Floreta Gaming does not collect personal data, we cannot knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children. Third-party SDKs in the App are configured, where Google's Designed for Families program applies, to serve only family-safe, non-personalized advertising to users identified as children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to one of the third-party services listed in Section 4, please contact that service directly. You may also contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will assist you in reaching the appropriate party.


6. Your Choices and Rights

Advertising ID

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and similar regions)

On first launch the App presents a Google-certified consent dialog (UMP) where you can accept or reject personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the App. Your choice is stored on your device and passed to advertising SDKs; Floreta Gaming does not record it.

GDPR rights (EEA / UK residents)

Because Floreta Gaming holds no personal data about you, requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability must be directed to the third-party service that holds the data — see the privacy policies linked in Section 4. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

If you contact us using the details in Section 9 we will, where possible, point you to the correct third party.

CCPA / CPRA rights (California residents)

Floreta Gaming does not sell or share your personal information because we do not hold any. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the Privacy options screen inside the App or by resetting your Advertising ID. The App honors Global Privacy Control signals where technically supported by the underlying ad SDKs.


7. Data Retention

On-device data (custom loons, settings, save files, statistics, login-streak data) is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage from Android Settings.

Cloud-saved Play Games data (leaderboard scores, achievements) is retained by Google Play Games Services in accordance with Google's policies. Floreta Gaming has no control over this retention.

Data collected by the advertising and analytics SDKs listed in Section 4 is retained by those SDK providers according to their own retention schedules.


8. Security

The App uses HTTPS / TLS for every network request made by its third-party SDKs and for the web image search feature. Data held in the App's private storage is protected by Android's standard application sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Floreta Gaming does not operate any servers that could be breached, because we do not hold any user data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or on the Google Play store listing. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
